FAQ
How can you use the eSIM service?
To use eSIM, you need an unlocked device. iPhones XR, XS, and newer support eSIM with iOS 12.1 or later, while many Samsung, Google Pixel, and other Android models are also compatible. If your phone was purchased through a carrier contract, it may be locked to that network, preventing eSIM activation with other providers until the contract ends. Check with your carrier for unlocking options.
